This interactive online seminar explores the questions: How can education promote sustainable peace? What are human rights and how do they play a role in formal and informal educational systems? And, how can we assist educators integrate sustainable peace and human rights discourse into school and educational curriculums and how human rights can change the future of schooling?
The 15-week online course in peace and conflict work offers a wealth of opportunities to gain and apply knowledge and skills relevant to conflict transformation. It is as much about acquiring relevant knowledge to specific peacebuilding topics as it is about learning applicable methods and skills.
Through self-reflection and the constant exchange with your peers, trainers and external facilitators we work on attitude, communication and behavior. We provide you with the necessary tools to understand the theoretical and practical foundations of complex conflict dynamics and the possibilities for non-violent transformation within peacebuilding work. This includes clarifying the key concepts of civil conflict transformation as well as providing a deeper understanding of one’s own role and attitude working in this field.

Im September 2020 beginnt in Berlin die Weiterbildung "Multitrack Peace Mediation", welche inmedio peace consult ggmbh in Zusammenarbeit mit CSSP - Center for Integrative Mediation durchführt. Neben dem Training in Mediationsgrundlagen werden insbesondere die Konfliktbearbeitung im Kontext von Friedensprozessen und der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit im Fokus stehen. Der fünfzehntägige Workshop wird komplett auf Englisch stattfinden.
Inmedio peace consult ggmbh will be hosting a training course in cooperation with CSSP - Center for Integrative Mediation on Multitrack Peace Mediation beginning in September 2020. This course covers the main contents of a general mediation training and at the same time focuses on the field of peacebuilding and development cooperation. The fifteen-day training course will be held in English.
Die englischsprachigen "Practitioner Trainings" der KURVE Wustrow finden wieder von September bis November statt. Gestartet wird im September mit einem Seminar zur digitalen Sicherheit von Frieden- und Menschrechtsaktivist*innen. Im Oktober gibt es nach zwei Jahren wieder das Menschenrechtstraining "Defending Human Rights". Beendet wird die Reihe mit Trainings zum Anti-Bias-Ansatz und zur Projektplanung.
