Practice Peace is a two-stage training course on discrimination, conflict management and peace with participants from Germany, Greece, Kosovo, Macedonia, Poland and Serbia. In the first stage, the participants take part in a simulation game and immerse themselves in a scenario from the Northern Ireland Conflict taking the role of real-life figures. Together they acquire a deeper understanding of social, religious and political discrimination and develop strategies how to counter discrimination effectively. In the second stage, they develop a tool box with anti-discrimination methods that the participants implement in their respective home countries.
